Sebastian Maciagowski

My name is Sebastian Maciagowski and I was born in Toronto, Ontario in 1991. I started tae-kwon-do in year 2004 at the age of 13 at Mudokwan Tae-kwon-do school of Canada. I am at got my first degree blackbelt on Dec, 20, 08.

I started taking Tae-kwon-do with my sister, at first I did not want too, but after awhile I started to enjoy learning martial arts. I had won a 3rd place trophy in fighting and 8 medals in forms and fighting, 1 gold, 2 silvers, 4 bronzes. I think Tae-kwon-do is a great sport for people who wanted to learn and to get fit and be healthy.
